Frequently Asked Questions
Battery & Charging
How long does the battery last?
Mini Wireless LEDs last around 80 hours per charge. Mini Wireless LEDs 2.0 last around 150 hours. PRO LEDs last around 200 hours. Battery life depends on brightness and color settings — using lower brightness extends runtime significantly.
How do I charge the LEDs?
Each kit includes a USB-C charging cable. Plug the LEDs in and the indicator turns red while charging, then green when full. A full charge takes about 90 minutes.
Can I leave the LEDs plugged in while driving?
The LEDs are designed to run on their internal battery. They do not need to stay plugged in. Charge them at home or in your car using the included USB-C cable.
Installation & Compatibility
Does this work in any car?
Yes. The wireless LED pods mount magnetically and require zero installation. They work in every car make and model — sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans.
Do I need to drill anything?
No. The pods stick magnetically to any metal surface, or use the included adhesive pads on plastic interiors. Removal leaves no residue.
How fast can I set them up?
Most customers complete setup in under 2 minutes: unbox, charge, place, and pair the app or remote.
App & Controls
What app do I need?
Onevzn LEDs pair with a free companion app available on iOS and Android. Search for the app name listed in your product manual.
Can I control the colors and effects from my phone?
Yes. The app gives you a full color picker, brightness slider, dozens of preset effects, music-sync mode, and timer settings.
How many LEDs can I sync at once?
You can pair and sync up to 8 pods to a single app session, all controlled simultaneously.
Durability & Safety
Are the LEDs waterproof?
The pods have an IP65 rating — protected from rain, splashes, and dust. They are not designed for full submersion.
Will they work in extreme heat or cold?
Yes. Operating range is roughly -10°C to 60°C (14°F to 140°F), which covers parked-in-the-sun and winter conditions.
Are they safe to use while driving?
Yes. The pods are passive ambient lighting — they don't distract or interfere with vehicle electronics. We recommend dimmer settings when driving at night.
